ABOUT DEHYDRATED ONION:
India-produced white and red onions are grown in Gujarat which has the largest growing area for onions used to make dehydrated product. Our company has 1500 sq. mtrs. of land for onion cultivation and most of our requirements we draw from our own land.

The fresh onions are brought from the field and roots & skins are removed by manual operation and papery husk is peeled off. Then these onions are cleaned in fresh water and feed into cutting machine.

Dehydrated onion is produced by removing the water from sliced onions to a maximum level of 5%, followed by separating to specific particle size.

The onions produced are dehydrated using a continuous-conveyor drying system. Cleaned and sliced onions are deposited on a stainless steel continuous conveyor belt that passes through a series of stages with different temperatures, air flows and retention times. Each stage is carefully controlled to remove the optimum amount of moisture without damaging the onion's volatile flavor compounds.

Dehydrated white/red onions are produced in a particular size to meet any need ranging from large size, such Kibbled, flakes, chopped, minced, granules and powder.

Dehydrated products are packed in consumer or bulk packing, depending on the need of the particular buyer and user. Kibbled Onions also know as Flakes or Large Chop are packed in strong poly Bags and further packed in strong corrugated carton or strong paper bags

KIBBLED

DEHYDRATED WHITE/RED KIBBLED ONION
Use when large onion pieces are desired  
•  Dehydrated, replaces fresh for salad bar and deli applications.
Popular Applications:
Canned soups, salads, hamburgers, pizzas and other fast foods.
